If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be unopened and in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packing and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers, or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.
Savitac Medicare will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error, due to incorrect product information listed on our website. If order was placed and the return items in question were due to customer's error, Savitac Medicare will not refund the initial shipping charges. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will apply.
Delivery
All orders placed by 09:00 AM wib are shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special and custom orders may take up to 4-6 business days for delivery. Please email or call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely and safely packaged.
Payment
For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa for local Indonesia mainland only . And for international order we only accept Bank Transfer. Please note that it make take 3-4 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped.
